About Guarapay
Guarapay is a prepaid virtual Visa card with a US dollar balance, made for people in Brazil and Latin America who pay for subscriptions, apps and online stores abroad.
What Guarapay is
Guarapay is an online payments service. You open an account in the web app or in the Telegram Mini App @guarapay_bot, issue a virtual Visa card in about 2 minutes and use it wherever Visa cards are accepted online.
The balance is held in US dollars, so a purchase priced in dollars is paid from a dollar balance with no conversion at checkout. There is no plastic card and no branch: card details, balance, limits and history live in the app.
How the card works
- Top up with a Visa or Mastercard bank card in your own name (5% fee) or with USDT (2% on Standard, 1% on Premium). No minimum.
- Issue fee US$ 10 on Standard or US$ 100 on Premium, once. No monthly fee.
- US$ 0.25 per approved purchase. A declined purchase is not charged.
- Monthly limit of US$ 10,000 on Standard and US$ 100,000 on Premium; set lower caps in the app and freeze the card with one tap.
- Online purchases confirmed with 3-D Secure in the app, with an instant alert for every charge.
- Transfers between Guarapay cards are instant and free, by Telegram @username or e-mail.
- The balance can be withdrawn back to USDT; the fee is shown in the app before you confirm.
Who it is for
People who pay subscriptions in dollars, work for clients abroad or want a separate budget for online shopping. The guides on this site show, service by service, how to pay with the card and what to do when a charge is declined.
The company
The Guarapay service is provided by Guarapay Pte. Ltd. (Singapore). The Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy set out the rules of the service and how your data is handled.
