Standard: for subscriptions and everyday purchases. The issue fee is lower and the limit is US$ 10,000 a month.

Premium: for those who spend more in dollars — ads, cloud, a team. The top-up fee is lower and the limit goes up to US$ 100,000 a month; the higher issue fee pays off after about US$ 9,000 topped up.

How is it calculated?

The top-up fee is taken from the amount you top up: 2% on Standard and 1% on Premium. So the top-up is a bit larger than the spend, to leave the exact amount on the balance.

Each approved purchase costs US$ 0.25, taken from the balance. There is no monthly fee.

The issue fee is paid once: US$ 10 on Standard and US$ 100 on Premium. It counts in the first year only.

Premium pays off once you top up more than about US$ 9,000 in total: its lower top-up fee covers the higher issue fee.
