How to pay App Store and Google Play with a virtual dollar card
Paid apps, subscriptions and in-game purchases go through the phone store, and the store charges the card saved on the account. With a virtual Visa card holding a dollar balance, you control how much each purchase and each renewal can cost.

How does the phone store charge your card?
On the App Store (Apple) and Google Play, the payment method is saved on the store account. Everything you buy there, from a paid app to a subscription or an in-game item, is charged to that payment method. That includes subscriptions started inside apps, which renew through the store and not through the service website.
The payment methods available and the currency depend on the country of the store account. The payment screen shows what applies to you; check the amount before you confirm.
Guarapay issues a virtual prepaid Visa card with a US-dollar balance in about two minutes, in the Guarapay app or the Telegram mini app @guarapay_bot. The card works online wherever Visa cards are accepted. Some merchants may decline cards according to their own rules, so check in the app that the payment was approved.
How do you add the card step by step?
- Open the Guarapay app or the Telegram mini app @guarapay_bot and create an account.
- Issue the virtual card; the issue fee is US$ 10 on Standard or US$ 100 on Premium.
- Top up the price of what you will buy plus the US$ 0.25 per-purchase fee, using a Visa or Mastercard bank card in your own name or USDT.
- On iPhone, open the settings of your Apple account and its payment area; on Android, open Google Play, your profile and the payments and subscriptions area. Menu names change between versions.
- Choose to add a payment method and select card.
- Enter the card number, expiry, security code, name and billing address as they appear in the Guarapay app.
- Make a small purchase or the one you want and look for the charge notification in the app, which arrives right away.
What changes with subscriptions started inside apps?
Subscriptions bought through the store are managed in the store itself, in the subscriptions area of the account. That is where you cancel or change the plan; freezing the card only blocks future charges, it does not cancel the subscription.
If the card is declined at renewal, the store may retry in the following days and suspend access to the service, according to its own rules. So keep the balance covering all renewals of the month and note the dates.
How much does it cost to pay the store with the card?
The price is what the store shows on the payment screen; Guarapay does not change it. On the card side, you top up the purchase amount, the top-up fee (2% with USDT, 5% with a bank card) is taken at top-up and each approved charge costs US$ 0.25. If you have several store subscriptions, the per-purchase fee applies to each charge.
On Premium the USDT top-up fee is 1% (by bank card it stays 5%). There is no monthly card fee. If you top up with a local bank card, your bank may add its own taxes and exchange rate; with USDT the top-up lands directly in dollars.
The monthly limit of the card is US$ 10,000 on Standard and US$ 100,000 on Premium. For in-game purchases, set a low per-purchase cap in the app to limit impulse buying.
Why was my store purchase declined?
- Insufficient balance: it must cover the item and US$ 0.25 per purchase.
- Caps in the app: the monthly or per-purchase cap may be lower than the amount.
- Frozen card: unfreeze it in the app before trying again.
- A name or billing address that differs from what the app shows.
- Store country different from the billing address: the store may ask the details to match the rules of the region.
- Try again after a few minutes and, if it still fails, contact support through the Telegram bot in the app or on the website.

FAQ
Do the App Store and Google Play accept virtual cards?
Both stores take card payments, and the Guarapay card works wherever Visa is accepted. Some merchants may decline cards according to their own rules, so check the approval in the app.
Can I change the store account country with this card?
The account country follows the rules of Apple and Google, not those of the card. Read the store rules before changing region.
Does freezing the card cancel store subscriptions?
No. Freezing only blocks new charges. To end a plan, cancel it in the subscriptions area of the store.
How do I top up the balance?
In the app, with a Visa or Mastercard bank card in your own name or with USDT, with no minimum amount.
Is there a monthly fee for the card?
No. You pay the issue fee of US$ 10 (US$ 100 on Premium), the top-up fee of 2% with USDT (1% on Premium) or 5% with a bank card, and US$ 0.25 per approved purchase.
