How to pay Spotify and YouTube Premium with a virtual dollar card
Spotify and YouTube Premium charge every month to the card saved on the account. With a virtual Visa card holding a dollar balance you pay the plan without exposing your bank card and decide how much each renewal can cost.

How do you pay for music and video subscriptions with a virtual card?
Both services renew the plan on their own to the card on file. Plans, prices and billing currency depend on the country of the account; the checkout screen shows what applies to you, so check the amount and currency before you confirm.
Guarapay issues a virtual prepaid Visa card with a US-dollar balance in about two minutes, in the Guarapay app or the Telegram mini app @guarapay_bot. The card works online wherever Visa cards are accepted. Some merchants may decline cards according to their own rules, so check in the app that the payment was approved.
How do you subscribe step by step?
- Open the Guarapay app or the Telegram mini app @guarapay_bot and create an account.
- Issue the virtual card; the issue fee is US$ 10 on Standard or US$ 100 on Premium.
- Top up the plan price plus the US$ 0.25 per-purchase fee, using a Visa or Mastercard bank card in your own name or USDT.
- In the browser, sign in to your Spotify or Google (YouTube) account and open the subscription or payment methods page.
- Choose the plan and the option to pay by card.
- Enter the card number, expiry, security code, name and billing address as they appear in the app.
- Confirm and look for the charge notification in the app, which arrives right away.
Individual, family or student plan: what changes?
Each plan has its own rules. Family plans usually require members to live at the same address, and student plans ask for proof of enrolment. These rules belong to the service, not to the card, and may change; read them on the plan page before you pay.
If you share the plan with other people, agree on who tops up the balance for the renewal. The Guarapay card also supports card-to-card transfers, which helps split the amount.
How much does it cost to pay the subscription with the card?
The plan price is what the service shows at checkout; Guarapay does not change it. On the card side, you top up the plan amount, the top-up fee (2% with USDT, 5% with a bank card) is taken at top-up and each approved charge costs US$ 0.25. To pay several months at once, top up the total of those months and track the renewal dates.
On Premium the USDT top-up fee is 1% (by bank card it stays 5%). There is no monthly card fee. If you top up with a local bank card, your bank may add its own taxes and exchange rate; with USDT the top-up lands directly in dollars.
The monthly limit of the card is US$ 10,000 on Standard and US$ 100,000 on Premium. For a single subscription, set the monthly cap and the per-purchase cap in the app just above the plan price.
Why was my subscription payment declined?
- Insufficient balance: it must cover the plan and US$ 0.25 per purchase.
- Caps in the app: the monthly or per-purchase cap may be lower than the plan price.
- Frozen card: unfreeze it in the app before trying again.
- A name or billing address that differs from what the app shows.
- Subscription started through the phone store: in that case the charge follows the store payment method, not the one on the service page.
- Try again after a few minutes and, if it still fails, contact support through the Telegram bot in the app or on the website.

FAQ
Do Spotify and YouTube Premium accept virtual cards?
They take card payments, and the Guarapay card works wherever Visa is accepted. Some merchants may decline cards according to their own rules, so check the approval in the app.
Does freezing the card cancel the subscription?
No. Freezing only blocks new charges. To end the plan, cancel it on the account page of the service, otherwise the subscription keeps trying to renew.
Is the charge in dollars or in local currency?
It depends on the plan currency on your account. If the charge comes in another currency, Visa converts it to dollars on the date of the purchase.
How do I top up the balance?
In the app, with a Visa or Mastercard bank card in your own name or with USDT, with no minimum amount.
Is there a monthly fee for the card?
No. You pay the issue fee of US$ 10 (US$ 100 on Premium), the top-up fee of 2% with USDT (1% on Premium) or 5% with a bank card, and US$ 0.25 per approved purchase.
