How to pay TikTok, LinkedIn and X ads with a virtual dollar card?
Add a virtual Visa card with a dollar balance to the billing area of the ad account and set a daily budget that fits the balance. Platforms charge as the ads run, so keep a margin above the expected spend.

How do ad platforms charge the card?
In general, the platform charges the spend after the ads run, in amounts that vary, and some platforms also offer a prepaid balance. Check the billing area of the account for the model you have and the currency it uses.
If a charge is declined, the platform may pause the ads until a payment goes through, under its own rules. So the card balance has to cover the expected spend, not only the first amount.
How to add the card to an ad account step by step?
- Open the Guarapay app or the Telegram mini app @guarapay_bot and create your account.
- Issue the virtual card; the issue fee is US$ 10 on Standard or US$ 100 on Premium.
- Top up the planned campaign budget, with a margin for spend to vary, plus the US$ 0.25 per-purchase fee, with a Visa or Mastercard bank card in your own name or with USDT.
- Open the billing or payments area of the platform’s ad account.
- Choose to add a card and enter the number, expiry date, security code, name and billing address as shown in the app.
- Set the campaign daily budget below the balance and confirm the account currency.
- Check the charge notification in the app, which arrives instantly.
How to keep a campaign from stopping for lack of balance?
Ads generate repeated charges across a campaign, and each approved charge costs US$ 0.25 on top of the amount. Work out the week’s spend, add the per-purchase fees and top up with room before you start.
In the app, set a monthly cap and a per-purchase cap. That way a badly set up campaign cannot use more than you planned; charges above the cap are declined.
What to check before launching a campaign?
- The ad account currency: it sets the currency in which spend is calculated.
- The daily budget and the period, compared with the card balance.
- The name and billing address on the account, matching the app.
- The charge notifications in the app, to see each debit instantly.
How much does it cost to pay for ads with the virtual card?
The ad cost is the spend the platform records; Guarapay adds no commission on it beyond the card fees. Each approved charge from the platform counts as one purchase.
The top-up fee (2% with USDT, 5% with a bank card) is taken at top-up and each approved charge costs US$ 0.25. On Premium the top-up fee with USDT is 1% (a bank card stays at 5%). There is no monthly fee; the issue fee is paid once.
The monthly spend limit is US$ 10,000 on Standard and US$ 100,000 on Premium. If you top up with a local bank card, your bank may charge taxes and apply its own exchange rate; with USDT the top-up lands directly in dollars.
Why was the payment declined?
- Not enough balance: it must cover the amount and US$ 0.25 per purchase.
- Caps in the app: the monthly or per-purchase cap may be below the amount.
- Frozen card: unfreeze it in the app before trying again.
- Name or billing address different from the ones shown in the app.
- Charge larger than the balance or the per-purchase cap: the platform retries and may pause the ads.
- Try again after a few minutes and, if it still fails, contact the support bot on Telegram in the app or on the site.
